A mountain holiday is an excellent opportunity to take long walks and breathe in the fresh air. Al Bait da Ulisse enjoys a privileged position: no traffic, lots of greenery around and the beautiful cycle/pedestrian path that runs through Livigno just outside the house. For mountain lovers, excursions to the nearby and spectacular Val Federia cannot be missed.

Yes, we ask our guests to pay a 30% deposit of the total upon booking confirmation.
Yes, a bail of € 150,00 is requested upon arrival.
The stay is paid upon arrival of the guests.

Check-in is done in the early afternoon while check-out must be done within 09.00.
Once the previous guests have left the apartment, we take care of a careful sanitation and aerate the rooms for at least 3 hours.
The crib (cot) is available, the high chair unfortunately is not.

The bed linen is provided by us, while the bathroom linen is provided only on request.
Housekeeping is done when new guests arrive.
